Registering your airline

Onboarding RoFlights as an airline.

Requirements

• You are the group owner of the airline.

Step 1 - Going to the site

Step 2 - Sign in with your Discord account

On the top right side, click on "Sign in with Discord".

Proceed with the Discord authentication prompt.

Click Authorise and you'll be directed back to RoFlights.

Once logged in, you will see the top right-hand side now shows your Discord username.

Step 3 - Adding your airline

Click on the dropdown at the top right, and select "Manage Airlines & Flights".

⚠️ If you see a prompt indicating you are not verified, you are required to verify with RBXBolt to link your Roblox account to the site. This is for us to retrieve your Roblox username only.

The page you should be seeing. Ignore the existing San Air.

Click on "Add Airline".

A prompt will appear for you to select the airline group.

Upon successful adding, you'll see the page refreshed with a new entry.

On the "General" tab which is the current one, you can fill in the description to show on the site for your group, your Discord server code, the flight host rank (to post flights) and the moderator rank (which approves, edit or reject incoming flights submitted by the flight host rank).

⚠️ Make sure to save your entries by clicking the Save button.

The "Airports" tab is for you to add the airports experiences the airline owns.

ID and airport name for entry and click Save Airport. This allows us to let users join through the site with the link.

You are all done registering the airline.
